this is my life so far

My Name is Dylan Phillips.

I’m from Abingdon, Virginia.

I currently live in Atlanta, Georgia.

When COVID hit in 2020, I was gifted a Canon G7X to make YouTube vlogs. This interest quickly evolved, and I started directing hype videos for my high school.

During my only semester of college, I had the opportunity to be a cam operator for a small TV show. That’s all it took to know this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

So with that, I left school and luckily got a full-time role as a Video Producer for the MLS/WNSL teams Orlando City SC / Orlando Pride at just 18 years old.

In this role, I gained extensive experience in VFX, sound design, technical filming, and storytelling. I produced a variety of content, including game recaps, in-stadium hype videos, Apple TV recaps, on-site travel videos, and matchup previews.

After one year, I joined the content team at Overtime and relocated to Atlanta. I shot, edited, and directed In-Arena intros and long-form features for Overtime Elite, One Shot Amazon Prime Documentary, Overtime Amazon Broadcast, OT7, and OT Boxing(OTX) with DAZN.

During this time, I took on bigger projects such as the Amazon Prime One Shot Season 2 Trailer and a 15-minute YouTube feature in collaboration with the Army National Guard.

That work ultimately led to my current role as Lead Content Producer at Major Media Agency.

In my first year, we have worked with clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Browns, Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Celsius, Powerade, and more!

In 2025, we won our first regional Emmy award for the 2025 Cleveland Browns Intro.
